Role Overview
At Core Acceleration Consulting, we believe that the quality of learning content is inseparable from its impact. We don't build training for the sake of it. We build high-impact learning experiences that change how people perform. The Design Consultant is central to that standard. This role leads the design and build of custom learning experiences for businesses, franchise systems, and industry associations, translating client playbooks and institutional knowledge into high-quality eLearning, video-based content, and scalable training systems. Every project we deliver is a reflection of our commitment to craft, and this role is responsible for upholding that bar from brief to final delivery. This is primarily a virtual role with occasional travel required for on-site video shoots and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Project manage the end-to-end design and build of custom eLearning and training programs for clients
• Work with clients to identify learning objectives and define measurable outcomes
• Collaborate directly with videography and editing teams to produce high-impact multimedia learning content
• Design course content and scripts that ensure learning is actionable, engaging, and directly aligned to client goals and processes
• Apply instructional design principles to develop effective, learner-centred experiences across a range of formats
• Support the strategic design of client learning systems, including LMS structure and course architecture
• Leverage AI tools to enhance and accelerate the learning design and development process
• Develop content using Articulate, Frame.io, Adobe Premiere, and other eLearning authoring and content collaboration platforms
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members and client stakeholders throughout all project phases
Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client builds
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360
• A strong creative eye with the ability to direct and collaborate with video editors and designers to produce visually polished, professional content
• Rigorous approach to quality control, reviewing content at every stage to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high production standard
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including setup, structure, and course deployment
• Confident in client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to learning design and content development
• Strong writing ability, including scripting for video and eLearning narration
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across internal teams and client organizations
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
